THE BIG IDEA
AI gives almost everyone access to similar tools. The advantage is the mind using them: trained to question, imagine and form an original thought before asking technology for an answer.
That means asking sharper questions, challenging convenient answers, preserving curiosity and making space for human judgment. I help people build that advantage without the jargon, hype or overwhelm.

Slide toward the way you work today. The goal isn't maximum AI; it's intentional intelligence.
YOUR NEXT MOVE
You’re in the learning zone: let AI generate options while you supply context, taste and accountability.

WHY ARCHANA
Dr. Archana Krishnan is a speaker, strategist and founder of TIAS (Theta Intelligence), a human-centred AI consulting company helping entrepreneurs, professionals and growing businesses navigate the AI era with clarity and confidence. Her PhD brings research rigour to a practical mission: making AI useful without making people less human.
Her work sits at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence and Cognitive Intelligence. Through her signature ABC of Intelligence framework, Archana helps people use AI as a partner in thinking, not a replacement for human judgment, curiosity or creativity.
She previously served as Chair of the Credit Union Young Leaders Manitoba Executive Committee. After immigrating to Canada mid-career, she earned five promotions in five years, evidence of the adaptability that shapes her practical, inclusive approach to learning, leadership and change.
AI should not become the place where original thought goes to disappear. The people who thrive will keep training their minds, protecting boredom and imagination, and using technology to extend their intellect rather than surrender it.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
About Archana, human-centred AI, better thinking and bringing these ideas to your organization or stage.
Dr. Archana Krishnan is a PhD-qualified speaker, strategist and transformation leader based in Manitoba, Canada. She is the founder of TIAS (Theta Intelligence) and helps people, leaders and businesses use AI with greater clarity, confidence and cognitive intention.
Archana speaks about human-centred AI, practical AI literacy, the future of work, cognitive resilience, responsible AI adoption and the human skills that become more valuable in an AI-first world. Her talks turn complex ideas into useful, jargon-free actions.
Human-centred AI is an approach that uses artificial intelligence to strengthen human capability rather than replace human judgment. It keeps curiosity, context, ethics, creativity and accountability in the decision-making loop.
Archana’s ABC of Intelligence framework connects Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence and Cognitive Intelligence. It helps organizations combine the power of technology and data with the distinctly human ability to question, interpret and decide.
Yes, when it is used intentionally. AI can help people explore alternatives, test assumptions and see patterns, while humans retain responsibility for context and judgment. Archana teaches practical habits that make AI a thinking partner rather than a substitute for thinking.
Start with one clear business problem, protect sensitive information, define where human review is required and measure whether the tool improves the outcome, not only the speed. Archana helps small businesses build this kind of practical, responsible adoption plan.
AI will reshape tasks and roles, but speed alone is not the same as value. The reason Archana founded TIAS is to help ensure people have the means to upskill, grow and adapt as their roles and workplaces change in the AI age. Working with Archana helps people protect their employability and retain meaningful roles while enabling businesses not just to survive, but to thrive in the AI age.
